Oil Region Recovery is a 14-bed male/female detox and 30-bed male inpatient drug and alcohol facility located in Polk, PA.

Coming soon a 14-bed female inpatient drug and alcohol facility located on the same campus .

HOW IT WORKS

Call our facility at (814) 346-0079. All calls are confidential:

  • The facility is staffed 24/7 (including holidays).

  • Admissions Office Hours:

    • M-F from 8:30am-5 pm

    • If you call after hours: one of our staff will take a message with your basic info. An Admin Staff member will return your call during normal business hours.

Initial Screening call with one of our Admin Staff. Info we will need:

  • Name, Address, Phone

  • Dob, SS#

  • Current Usage

  • Basic Health History

  • Basic Legals

  • Insurance Information

Our staff will assess the appropriate level of care and determine a treatment plan. Additional info we will go over:

  • Employment

  • Aftercare

  • In-depth Questions of usage, health history, and legals 

  • Verify insurance benefits

    • We will also discuss any out-of-pocket expenses there are based on your insurance coverage. Out-of-pocket expenses vary depending on your policy.

Schedule admission date and travel arrangements. There are 2 options for transportation: 

  • Facility pickup to be arranged by our staff

  • Client drop off

    • Clients may arrange their own transportation, but they must be dropped off. Client vehicles are not permitted to stay at the facility during treatment stays.
